1. New Program Development

College Colleagues will assist in the design, development, support and evaluation of new academic support programs. We are experienced in designing the following programs from inception:

Supplemental Instruction (SI)

Structured Learning Assistance (SLA)

Tutoring Programs (scheduled and walk-in)

 

Each program may include:

  • Meeting with administrators to determine needs and goals
  • Design of a program suited to specifications
  • Training of administrators, directors and coordinators as needed
  • Assistance in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees/student employees
  • Program monitoring, ongoing communication and program revision

 

2. Existing Program “Supercharge”

College Colleagues will assist in the process of expanding and rejuvenating a currently operating academic support program by working with you to develop a plan for success. Consulting services are customized and may include:

  • Needs assessment and action plan
  • Facilitation of meetings for administrators/program leaders
  • Training of employees/student employees
  • Expansion and development of curriculum/program materials
